PROPHECY

IN THIS ISSUE - GENERAL BRIEFING

POLITICS-

The Middle East is going to erupt into WAR, and that war will trigger a MASSIVE REARRANGEMENT of the Middle East powers. Gone from the scene will be JORDAN, LEBANON AND SYRIA. Israel will make a pre-emptive strike against Damascus which will place that city into smoking ruins. This attack will come as a complete surprise to the world and the Arabs, a failure of their intelligence agencies. Israel's reason for the attack? Most likely because of importation of missiles and terrorist bases located in or near Damascus. This pre-emptive strike may well include nuclear weapons, and many other Arab cities will be vacated in anticipation of their being next.

The United Nations will then, along with NATO and UN FORCES sweep into the Middle East and Israel to ENFORCE the PEACE AND SECURITY AGREEMENTS KNOWN AS THE "OSLO ACCORDS" with military might. Jerusalem, long under contention by various nations and religions, will go under UN SECURITY CONTROL. Jerusalem will become an INTERNATIONAL CITY.

TURKEY, although at the present time is now aligning itself with Israel and is friendly to the United States and the West, will do an about face and will side with the Moslem factions in the coming showdown in the Middle East. Breaks in the alliance with Israel are already beginning to show with Turkey's interest in establishing ties with Egypt. Turkey, although threatening war over the Cyprus Missiles, will most likely resolve that problem with its neighbor.

RUSSIA - In the very near future look for a change in the leadership in Russia, and she will become increasingly nationalistic, and will make her final preparations for a surprise invasion of the Middle East - the prize: WARM WATER SEAPORTS and the RICH MINERAL AND OIL DEPOSITS located there. This invasion will occur after the dust has settled from the Israeli-Damascus situation. It will come as a complete surprise to WESTERN INTELLIGENCE. She will also attack the UNITED STATES as she moves into Israel in a double-cross move against the NEW WORLD ORDER. Russia will meet with a devastating defeat that will stun the entire world. This war will bring about a drastic and complete change in the political make-up of the world and the religions of the world.

AMERICA - America will be caught by total surprise because she will be attacked at the same time, or within a few hours/days after the Russians make their move in the Middle East. CIA INTELLIGENCE, AND THE NSA WILL BE CAUGHT TOTALLY OFF GUARD, as will the rest of Western Intelligence. The reason for the attack? To neutralize any capability of America coming to the aid and rescue of Israel in the Middle East, and a bold attempt to seize America. The Russians have been using the OPEN SKY TREATY to map out exactly where they must hit their targets to destroy America's ability to retaliate. They have also been using this lull in the COLD WAR to arm themselves, while the American military is being downsized and destroyed by the Clinton Administration. This attack will come with NO WARNING in the middle of PEACE OVERTURES and the continued merging together of the US and Russian socialist government. In the meantime, there will be a breakdown in the United States government as two factions begin to fight it out over the future role of America - those that are intent upon bringing America down under the United Nations via State Department's 7277's agenda and protocol, and those that want to retain a large measure of American sovereignty under her Constitution and Bill of Rights. This fight will become so severe that it will OPEN and PUBLIC. It will cause a MELTDOWN OF SORTS in America. The Government will use the excuse of FIGHTING CRIME and TERRORISM to bring DRACONIAN MARTIAL LAW STYLE POLICE STATE RULES AGAINST THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. This will cause a MAJOR INTERNAL DISRUPTION that will lead to the arrest of millions of Americans. The backlash will be severe, and the American government will fall.

CHINA - China will not become engaged in a major war at this time, except for an excursion into TAIWAN, to consolidate her hold over that renegade colony, but will wait until the aftermath of the coming Soviet-American-Israeli-Arab conflict, a conflict that will alter the face of the entire world. This conflict between the so called "Christian West", and the so called "Atheistic Communist/Socialist East" will result in the elimination of Christianity as we know it today, and Socialism as we know it, and will bring about an entire new form of control, called LUCIFERIANISM. This new form of government and forced religion however, will not be accepted by a many millions of people, and will result in its downfall. At this time, China will make its move into the Middle East to gain a strategic victory over the failing WORLD GOVERNMENT. China will move with the largest army ever fielded in human history to "gather the spoils" of the Middle East first, and the world second, for herself. She will meet with utter defeat and will go down to ruin. She may join with Russia in a surprise move to make sure that America falls and does not rise again.

THE UNITED NATIONS - The United Nations will continue to flounder for lack of support or funds to really enforce her dictates for two reasons - not enough political clout, or military clout to enforce her Resolutions. Why? Distrust of the people to allow a WORLD GOVERNMENT with little or no check and balances built into it. This will change after the coming wars - for the people of the world will GRANT TO THE UNITED NATIONS EXTREME POWERS, both MILITARY AND POLITICAL to not only bring about PEACE, but to bring about the ability of that world body to ENFORCE THE PEACE. The United Nations Charter will be MODIFIED to give it WORLD GOVERNMENT POWERS, including a WORLD COURT and a STANDING ARMY OF GREAT POWER AND TECHNOLOGY.

ECONOMICS

Merger MANIA will continue in both the BANKING and CORPORATE WORLD. These mergers will produce NATIONWIDE and then WORLD WIDE ONE-STOP BANKING. Watch for a major move at the same time to introduce more and more BIOGENETIC IDENTIFICATION SYSTEMS, using first of all FINGERPRINTING, then moving to RETINA SCANS, and then finally, to A COMPUTER CHIP PLACED UNDER THE SKIN as the only FAIL-SAFE POSITIVE IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM, complete with a TOTAL HISTORY of the person. This will also be used for TRACKING AND SURVEILLANCE via NSA PROJECTS.

The nation will move from CREDIT CARDS and DEBIT CARDS into SMART CARDS, and from SMART CARDS direct to COMPUTER CHIPS IN THE HAND OR IF AN AMPUTEE, IN THE FOREHEAD. There will be a merger between FINANCIAL RECORDS, MEDICAL RECORDS, POLICE RECORDS, MILITARY RECORDS, DRIVER RECORDS into ONE ALL ENCOMPASSING CARD. Why? Convenience for the public and ease of record keeping for all government and social agencies. The primary number that will be used? SOCIAL SECURITY? Why? Because it would cost billions of dollars to REASSIGN NUMBERS to everyone. Far easier to USE EXISTING SYSTEMS, NUMBERS and MERGE ALL RECORDS UNDER THAT ONE NUMBER.

The world economy is headed for a total and complete MELTDOWN. This meltdown will be triggered by the collapse of certain key nations that will be unable to repay their foreign debt, and will publicly declare OPEN DEFAULT. They will refuse to honor their commitments to the WORLD BANK, and the IMF. This will cause a chain reaction of defaults, each one creating a bigger shock wave in the world stock exchanges? Reason? The Asian financial crisis is deepening and will cause those countries, already weakened, to fall over the edge into default. There will be a run on the American Banks to the tune of billions of dollars per hour, mainly by foreign interests, forcing the government to CLOSE THE SYSTEM DOWN. It will not prevent a complete breakdown. This breakdown and closure of American Banks, Savings and Loans, Credit Unions will cause major upheaval and chaos across America as people will be unable to obtain any money for payment of rent, mortgages, business loans, credit cards, etc. It will cause a panic.

AN ENTIRE NEW FINANCIAL SYSTEM will be called into place, the APEX OF WHICH will be a sort of WORLD LAND BANK. In exchange for CANCELLATION of the huge national debts run up by all the nations of the world, THE LAND OF THOSE NATIONS WILL BE TURNED OVER TO THE WORLD LAND BANK AS COLLATERAL. This new system will offer LOW INTEREST and a complete new system - CASHLESS, but with great restrictions of freedoms - everyone will be positively identified. Gone will be the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. This new CASHLESS SYSTEM will be worldwide, and will be thought of, and presented as THE NEW BRETTON WOODS AGREEMENT, or a NEW MARSHALL PLAN.

EARTH CHANGES

The world will enter into a period of increasing natural disasters, such as freak STRAIGHT LINE WINDS that will wipe out everything in their path, along with very severe LEVEL 5 TORNADOES in many parts of America which never see such things. Monster hurricanes will bear down on the Southeastern United States with damages in the BILLIONS OF DOLLARS. These disasters will cause INSURANCE COMPANIES TO GO BANKRUPT, and the Government will no longer be able to offer aid to the victims as nature appears to go totally berserk. Huge THUNDERSTORMS, with hail stones as large as 8-9 inches across will devastate crops, kill people and animals, destroy homes, autos and equipment that it hits. Frontal and squall line activity will increase, with tops of these lines going over 90,000 feet. There will be increasing RECORD SETTING as MAJOR HEAT WAVES HIT VARIOUS PARTS OF THE NATION AND THE WORLD. People will die from these heat waves, with the temperature going as 120 and above. Along with these heat waves, the OPPOSITE will occur, with major COLD WAVES, and FROSTS and FREEZES coming before crops can be harvested.

In the United States, look for a another DUST BOWL to develop, which will start most likely in the American South West, and will slowly spread over the major food producing regions of the nation.This will develop slowly - over several years, but it will spread to engulf the entire nation. Entire LAKES, RIVERS, DEEP WELLS and PONDS will all dry up. The MISSISSIPPI will DRY UP and be no longer navigable.It will cause major devastation and major migrations of people as they search for better ground and attempt to escape the clutches of the worst drought in RECORDED HISTORY. Reason? Major shifts in the tectonic plates and the release of volcanic activity both on land and in the oceans, changing the sea surface temperatures and atmosphere enough to bring about SEVERE CHANGES IN CLIMATE. War in the Middle East which eventually erupts into WORLD WAR THREE will cause major upheavals in those areas of the earth's tectonic plates that are weak, causing severe (12+ Richter) earthquakes and inundations of the sea as parts of California, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Nevada break-up.

Watch the Pacific Ring of Fire, for some major activity will be developing along that area. Major volcanoes, long dormant, will suddenly and with little warning SPRING TO LIFE, and cause a chain reaction to occur along the SOUTH AMERICAN-NORTH AMERICAN PLATES, bringing many volcanoes along the CASCADE RANGE and in CALIFORNIA, to life. From that point on, MEGA LAND CHANGES will begin to occur as the WEST COAST begins to break up and the Pacific begins to move INLAND. Major bays may well form during this period. The MID-WEST may suffer one of the worst EARTHQUAKES IN RECORDED HISTORY along the NEW MADRID FAULT. St. Louis could well become ANCIENT HISTORY as America begins the process of being broken into TWO major land masses.

NEW YORK CITY is destined for a MAJOR QUAKE in the 8+ range as the plates along the Atlantic begin to shift and move. Why? Because of the breakup and movement of the PACIFIC PLATES, which will cause major eruptions and earthquakes the world over. Upper New York State along the St. Lawrence Seaway will also suffer major earthquakes and land changes.

SPACE WATCH

The very last major space technological advancement of mankind will be THE INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION. Why? Because the MEGA EARTH CHANGES are going to cause such devastation that all forms of space activity will be cancelled for lack of funds.

NEAR EARTH OBJECT SIGHTINGS WILL INCREASE as more and more asteroids and comets begin to appear. Why? Because the earth is now entering into an area of increased likelihood of impact due to traversing a section of space with many more objects than usual, and because of slight changes in orbit. Also pay close attention to SOLAR CYCLE 23 as we move into the 1999-2003 area, for major and cataclysmic changes ON THE SUN will also cause upheaval on the earth, and a change in the orbit of the MOON. Will the earth suffer a devastating IMPACT? Yes, and that impact will FIRST be IN THE SEA, causing MAJOR TIDAL WAVE DESTRUCTION ALONG MANY COASTAL AREAS. We will suffer a minimum of THREE MAJOR IMPACTS within the next 5-30 years.

TECHNOLOGY

Major advancement in technology will come to the surface as the American people find out about the massive black-budget programs that have been operating in total secrecy.Many of these advancements will be in the BIO-COMPUTER AREA, with the merging of DNA-COMPUTER CHIP TECHNOLOGY. Most of these advancements in SPEED and in SUPER COMPUTERS will be used for SURVEILLANCE AND CONTROL of the population under the guise of crime control, immigration, and terrorism. Others areas: ALTERNATIVE ENERGY, ANTI-GRAVITATIONAL DEVICES, NUCLEAR FUSION.

ALTERNATIVE HEALTH

Alternative health will come under the complete control of either the FDA or the UNITED NATIONS under CODEX, as control over the billions of dollars flowing into ALTERNATIVE HEALTH is simply to hard for the PHARMACEUTICALS TO RESIST. They will apply huge amounts of pressure upon the FDA and the UNITED NATIONS to bring all ALTERNATIVE HEALTH ISSUES under governmental control. This will include all vitamin and mineral supplements, all herbs, and all other so called health foods. Why? Because BILLIONS of dollars is at stake here, and the only way the LARGE PHARMACEUTICALS CAN MAKE ANY MONEY IN "NATURAL FOODS" WHICH CANNOT BE PLACED UNDER PATENTS IS TO HAVE THE FDA/UN under CODEX classify these items AS DRUGS, which then places them INTO THE HANDS OF THE AMA/.PHARMACEUTICAL COMPLEX, which can then operate hand in hand with the UN CODEX OPERATIONS. The backlash from this attempt will be so severe it will topple many Senators and Representatives from office for their duplicity in this attempt to seize control over the alternative health field. The American people will become so FURIOUS at Washington that CONGRESSIONAL LEADERS WILL FEAR FOR THEIR VERY LIVES.

In the MEDICAL FIELD, Washington will very quietly, with the help of key Senators and Representatives, bring in the much hated GOVERNMENTAL SOCIALISTIC MEDICAL PROGRAM over all objections of the American people. Again, as the American people begin to wake-up to the fact that THERE IS AN AGENDA, AND THAT THERE HAS BEEN AN AGENDA for many years to "socialize" America and take away the Bill of Rights and the Constitution, THEY WILL BECOME VERY ANGRY. Washington will sense that its days are numbered, and will attempt to seize power by "emergency" in an effort to REMAIN IN POWER, and apply DRACONIAN RULE. It will BACKFIRE. One of the main triggers? ALTERNATIVE HEALTH AND SOCIALIZED MEDICINE. When the government intrudes in THOSE KEY AREAS, the BACKLASH COULD WELL TOPPLE THE NATION.
